How To Make Tandoori Chicken


               Tandoori Chicken

INSTRUCTIONS

Things you will need:

  • 1 pound boneless chicken
  • 2 sliced onions
  • 3 limes
  • 5 whole green chillis
  • 3 tbsp onion paste
  • ½ tsp ginger paste
  • ½ tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp curds
  • salt to taste
  • ¼ tbsp cinnamon powder
  • ¼ tsp cloves powder
  • 2 tbsp oil

Step 1
Clean the chicken pieces.
Mix Onion paste, Ginger, Garlic, Turmeric, Red chilli powder, coriander, cumin, curds, salt, Cinnamon and Clove powder in a small bowl.
Step 2
Add 1 tbsp oil to it and mix it well.
In a big bowl put all the chicken pieces.
Step 3
Add all the spices from the small bowl onto the chicken.
Mix well so that the chicken pieces are covered with the spices.
Keep it aside for 6 to 8 hours.
Step 4
Preheat the oven at 450 F.
Now spread some oil in a big flat bakingtray.
Step 5
Keep all the chicken pieces one by one(in a single layer).
Step 6
Once the oven is ready, place the tray inside the oven for 45 minutes.
Step 7
If you want more color, change the oven to broil, turn all the pieces and put it inside the oven for 5 minutes.
Now keep all the chicken pieces in a tray or plate.
Step 8
Spread sliced onions on top of it. Cut the limes into half. Keep those on top of onions. Decorate the dish with green chilies.

How To Make Swedish Nut Cake

INSTRUCTIONS

Things you will need:

  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step 1
 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
Step 2
 In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, 1/2cup nuts and baking soda. Add eggs, pineapple and 2 teaspoons vanilla . Beat until smooth and pour into 9x13 inch baking pan.
Step 3
 Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degreesC) for 40 to 50 minutes. Spread icing on hot cake.
Step 4
 For the icing: In a large bowl, cream butter or margarine, cream cheese, 1 teaspoon vanilla and confectionerssugar until light and fluffy. Fold in 1/2 cup nuts. Spread on hot cake

How to Make Stuffed Eggs


                STUFFED EGGS

INSTRUCTIONS
 
Things you will need:

  • 4 eggs (hard boiled)
  • 1 tbsp ghee / oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped onions
  • 3 tbsp cooked ground / minced meat
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1 green chili (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp ginger (grated)
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp corn flour / corn starch
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 1 lemon juice
  • breadcrumbs for coating
  • 12 pieces of liver (fried) for garnishing
  • Oil for deep-frying

Step 1
 Heat the oil / ghee in a frying pan and fry the onions till golden.
Step 2
 Add the meat, salt, chili, coriander, ginger, tomato paste and lemon juiceand fry for about 5 minutes.
Step 3
 peel the shell and cut the hard boiledeggs into half lengthways.
Step 4
 Take out the yolks and add to the frying mixture.
Step 5
 Cook for another 5 minutes and remove from the heat and allow to cool.
Step 6
 Stir the corn flour into the beaten egg, making a batter.
Step 7
 Place the breadcrumbs on a flat dish.
Step 8
 Fill the meat mixture into the yolk cavity ( hole  from where yolk is separated) of each egg half, cover with another half to make complete egg shapes.
Step 9
 Dip the stuffed egg into the egg andcorn flour batter and roll over the breadcrumbs.
Step 10
 Heat oil in a kadhai / deep-frying pan over a moderate heat and fry the stuffed eggs until golden all over.
Step 11
 Remove and drain on a paper towel.
Step 12
 Serve garnished with fried liver, coriander leaves and with chutney or sauce.

How To Make Strawberry Shake


                   STRAWBERRY SHAKE

INSTRUCTIONS

Things you will need:

  • 1 cup fresh Strawberries
  • 4 cup Milk (Doodh)
  • To taste Sugar (Cheeni)
  • Ice –cubes

Step 1
 Wash strawberries properly and remove the stems.
Step 2
 Blend strawberries and little milk together in a blender until crushed properly into a smooth paste.
Step 3
 Add the remaining milk, sugar and crushed ice.
Step 4
 Blend again for another 30 seconds or so.
Step 5
 Served chilled in glasses.

 Note : If strawberries are not available, strawberry essence can be used.
