How To Make Deep Fry Ice Cream

Deep Fry Ice Cream

Deep fried ice cream is delicious and has different textures to it: soft and crunchy. To learn how to make a great dessert or treat, follow these steps and try it now.
Instructions
Things you will need:
  •    Ice Cream (Preferably Firm)
  •   Ice Cream Scoop
  •  Cookie Sheet
  •   Breadcrumb Coating (Or Cereal)
  •   Tongs (Or Slotted Spoon)
  •   Frying Pan
  •   Cooking Oil
  •   Paper Towels
  •   Plate
  •   Sugar
  •   Cinnamon
  •   Honey
  •   Whipped Cream
Step1
First, get a cookie sheet and place it in the freezer for several hours. If you use a cold pan, it will prevent the ice cream from melting too quickly. Next, use the ice cream scoop to shovel some ice cream into a ball shape.

Step 2
Next, roll the ice cream with the coating or cereal until it is fully coated. Place the ice cream balls onto the frozen pan and put it back in the freezer for approximately 2 hours.

Step 3
Pour oil into your frying pan until it is about 2-4 inches high. Keep the heat on medium-high. Fry the ice cream balls for approximately 2-3 minutes or until the coating is a bit brown. Be careful not to fry it for long or else it will melt the ice cream. Also, make sure to flip the ice cream balls occasionally when frying.

Step4
Line the plate with a few paper towels so that it might drain the oil a bit. Takeout the fried ice cream balls using the tongs or slotted spoon and place it on the plate. Lastly, roll the ice cream balls in cinnamon, sugar, or drizzle them with honey. Decorate with whipped cream and enjoy!
