Challas
Challas is a Kerala style salad.
INSTRUCTIONS
Things
you will need:
- Onion - 2
- Chillies - 2
- Lime Juice - 2 tsp
- Salt - as required
Step 1
Add salt to sliced chillies.
Step 2
Add some sliced onion and mix
well.
Step 3
Use a teaspoon or hand to
squeeze out juice from chillies. This works well when mixed with salt.
Squeeze the juices out of some
(about 1 Tbsp) onion slices.Mix in rest of the onion.
Step 4
Add lime juice and mix well.
Step 5
Allow it stand covered for 10-15
minutes.
